There is a tremendous surge of interest in our area.  In the middle ‘70’s  seven Americans got together and formed a corporation and began the community know as Pedregal.  This was purchased from the Mexican landowner, Mr. Orendain.  The generations before us and the generations today have made this their homes, or homes away from home, their magical  spot in a some time not so magical world, for THIRTY  some years.  Today there is another opportunity for this to happen.  Rafael Orendain, the son of  our Mr. Orendain,  has subdivided property adjacent to us  and is offering it for sale, giving others the opportunity to live the Baja dream .  What is that?  Ask any of  us!  We, the community of Pedregal, are proof that investing in Mexico, here, is truly a dream….the good life.
